The room we had was quiet.
This was not a hotel - it was a bed with no breakfast. Key codes did not work.

It is not so much a hotel as private rooms in an unstaffed building. Upon confirmation of your booking you are emailed a code to get into the main building and one for your room. It was surprisingly comfortable. The lack of staff I found more pleasant than a problem. It's in a lovely area of Liverpool by Sefton Park & Lark Lane. You get way more for your money than you would staying more central & if you don't fancy taking a bus into town it's a 30 min walk or so to Hope Street or you could jump in a black cab for a fiver. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again

The room was convenient with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom, although the shower was lacking. I appreciated the nice communal kitchen for socializing. Parking was tricky, and the area felt a bit desolate at night, which was concerning for a solo traveler.

Very clean. Excellent Wi Fi - one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. Nice kitchen facilities so you could eat 'at home' and not pay restaurant prices.
The first room we were given had unsafe electric items. The kettle only had half a plug. We were however moved with no hassle. All dealing done by phone texting - a bit odd, no face to face contact. First entry code to get in the front door had a digit missing - a bit disconcerting to have no person to talk to and stuck on the front door step. No one to ask about local facilities.

Beech Mount Grove is located in the suburbs which is quiet. The location has parking which is good for people with cars. Rooms are clean. There's also a kitchen with utensils and other kitchen equipment - convenient for people who want to cook. And most importantly, free wifi!
The bathroom is quite small and there are no information for tourists.

The easy check-in process and the ample parking made for a smooth start. the shower pressure was disappointing and made it difficult for a proper wash.

The room was clean and perfectly adequate albeit a little cramped. There was a telly and standard hot drink facilities. Nice big double bed.
Not to be confused with the Beech Mount Hotel by the same people. This is not a hotel; it's just a room in an unmanned location with no staff or facilities - you get emailed a code for the front door and your room. Our room code did not work but managed to resolve this over the phone, A bit overpriced given the basic nature of this accommodation.

Convenient for me. Off street parking. WiFi.
Some rooms better than others and this time my room on top floor scruffier than previous.

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend pause
Comfy bed, ample free parking, clean facilities, with the added benefits of quality linen and towels in my twin room. Easy access to a bus route for exploring the city.
Nothing, all excellent.

Everything, it couldnt be faulted at all other than the location, we were somewhat worried when we drove up one end of the street as the houses all looked derelict. Driving further up though it did get better. I would definately stay again.

I liked the place for its quietness and for being situated nearby Sefton Park, where one can take nice enjoyable walks. It's also easy to walk to Lark Lane, where there are a few good restaurants for various tastes: Chinese, Indian, French,Thai, Tapas etc. There is a bus stop very close as well, so it's very easy to travel to the Liverpool city centre. For people who like to be quite independent and prefer self-catering, this is a lovely place to stay.
